PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE RECYCLE TO EARN PROGRAM (AS DEFINED BELOW) AND/OR USING THE RECYCLETOEARN.COM WEBSITE. By participating in the Recycle to Earn program and/or using the RecycletoEarn.com website, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not participate in the Recycle to Earn program or use the RecycletoEarn.com website. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add to or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. You agree to receive notification of modifications to this Agreement via the RecycletoEarn.com website. If you continue to use the RecycletoEarn.com website and/or participate in the Recycle to Earn Program following the posting of any changes to these terms and conditions, your continued use or participation will mean you accept these changes and agree to be bound by the new terms. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes.

I hereby confirm that I am authorized to enroll myself or the group I represent in the Recycle to Earn fundraising program (further referred to as "The Program"). I agree, on behalf of the group that participation in “The Program” will be subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Earnings in The Program will be awarded by Schoolpop to the registered group and credited to its account based upon the values established by The Program which will be posted to RecycletoEarn.com for qualifying cartridges and cellular phones (herein referred to as "Products.") The earnings will be paid along with the group’s other fundraising efforts as part of the group’s quarterly payment from Schoolpop.
  2. FundingFactory, the recycling partner of this program, in its sole discretion, will determine, at any point in time, which types of Products are qualifying and the values assigned to the various types of Products. FundingFactory may change, at any point in time and without prior notice to the registered group, the values assigned to the various types of Products and the designation of which types of Products qualify.
  3. The registered group must designate a coordinator (the "Coordinator") in order to participate in The Program. The registered group's account and earnings may be accessed only by means of the username and password of the Coordinator designated for the registered group's account. The Program operators shall be entitled to rely absolutely and conclusively on all transactions undertaken by means of the username and password of the registered group's Coordinators and all such transactions shall be binding on the registered group.
  4. FundingFactory and Schoolpop may specify additional provisions pertaining to the Program, including descriptions and details of the Program, throughout this website, and the Registered group shall be bound by all such additional provisions, descriptions and details; provided, however, that in the event that these Terms and Conditions of the Program conflict with any additional provisions, descriptions or details specified on this website, these Terms and Conditions of the Program shall govern.
  5. Either party, without notice, may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason.
